Summary

Little Mountain Phase 1, which is located east of Queen Elizabeth Park between 33rd and 37th Avenues and Ontario and Main Streets, in Vancouver, B.C. has been awarded LEED Gold Certification by the Canada Green Building Council (CaGBC). The site is 6.2 hectares (15.2 acres) in size and is currently zoned for multi-family residential use (RM-3A). Phase 1 is a five-storey, 53-unit, rental housing development. The project is located on the traditional territory of the Coast Salish People and was home to Vancouver’s first public housing project. More Than a Roof has been selected to manage and operate the development for low-income, independent seniors and people with disabilities.
