Located in Nanaimo, this new one-storey building will host a TD Canada Trust Bank branch. The project is a stand-alone building located on the corner of the property of Port Place Mall. The project has a floor area of approximately 469m2 on a single level. The project achieved LEED-CS certification and over 50% of wood used on the project was FSC certified.
