It houses approximately 400 employees. This brownfield development was built on a former rail yard and has become a pilot initiative for the City of Vancouver to promote sustainable design practices. The Administrative Centre and Parking Operations Building were the first in Canada to receive LEED Gold Certification from the Canada Green Building Council under the LEED-BC criteria. READ MORE
