Suter Brook Village is being developed on a 22-acre (8.7 hectare) brownfield site in the City of Port Moody. The city and the developer, the ONNI Group, conceived the development as a neighbourhood that will retain and enhance the natural environment, in particular Suter Brook, one of the few remaining urban streams in Metro Vancouver that remains a viable habitat for salmon.
